Corporate & organizer-supported events
Bar service nobody has to manage
Happy hours, client appreciation evenings, holiday parties and venue-supported functions — a defined scope, a written plan, and staff who show up early and represent you well.
Why organizers book us
Predictable scope, predictable service
- Punctuality as a deliverable. Load-in, setup and readiness times are agreed in writing and met — not estimated.
- The right tone for the room. Warm and welcoming, never a spectacle. Your guests should enjoy the bar without it becoming the entertainment.
- Clear responsibilities. Your company or venue purchases and controls the alcohol; we handle planning, service and the bar operation. Everyone knows their lane before the event.
- Sensible pacing. Responsible-service standards, hydration on hand and a defined last call keep a company event a company event.
Dry-hire / BYOB service. You provide the alcohol. We handle the plan, the bar, and the guest experience. Venue rules vary, so confirm that yours allows outside bartenders and client-supplied alcohol.

What to expect on paper
- A written service agreement with defined scope, timing and headcount assumptions.
- A 50% nonrefundable retainer to reserve the date; balance due 30 days before the event. Taxes applied where required.
- Active general liability insurance and Title 4 certified bartenders. Tell us what your venue or legal team needs on the certificate of insurance and we'll send it over before you commit.
- Branded or themed menus can be discussed during planning; we only commit to what we can execute consistently at your guest count.
For planners & organizers
Need a dependable bar partner?
If you coordinate events for a company, venue or client roster, send one inquiry with the details you have. We'll respond with a written service outline you can circulate internally — no pressure, no availability promises until we confirm the date.

Send your event brief
Date, venue, headcount and service window are enough to start. We'll reply with questions and a written outline. Submitting the form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking or final quote.
