What you provide
- All alcohol — purchased, owned, transported and controlled by you or your venue
- Venue permissions and any required event approvals
- A suitable bar location (unless a portable bar is added)
- Venue access, plus water, power or refrigeration conditions noted in the event plan
- Specialty glassware, unless separately coordinated
- Any supplies not expressly included in the agreement or selected upgrades
Travel within 40 driving miles of Scottsdale Civic Center is included. Venues beyond 40 miles are charged $2 per additional one-way mile. Events more than 75 miles from the reference point require a custom travel quote. Parking, tolls, lodging, and extraordinary access costs, when applicable, are quoted separately. Scottsdale Civic Center is used only as a fixed mileage reference point. Distance is calculated using the shortest practical driving route when your final quote is prepared.
Optional upgrades
Add only what your event needs
Grouped so you can see the difference between supplies you'd otherwise shop for, presentation choices, and service capacity.
Hosted Supplies
Hosted Bar Supplies Bundle
$8 per guest
One upgrade covering event-appropriate ice, bottled water or an equivalent approved hydration format, and the essential mixers matched to your agreed menu. Not sold separately.
Signature / Specialty Mixers
From $2 per guest
House-appropriate mixers for a signature or specialty menu. Final rate depends on the drinks you choose.
Presentation
Portable Bar
$150
A finished bar front for venues or homes without a workable bar surface.
Second Bar / Service Station
$300
A separate station for spread-out venues, cocktail hour in a second space, or high-traffic layouts.
Service
Additional Bartender
$300
Normally required above 75 guests. Keeps lines short and service consistent.
Additional Service Hour
$200 per hour
Up to two additional hours beyond the five-hour core service.
Table wine service and champagne toast service are available on request; pricing for those two options is being finalized and is quoted individually until published here.
Staffing
When a second bartender is required
Above 75 guests, one additional bartender at $300 is normally required. It's not an upsell — it's the difference between a two-minute wait and a twenty-minute line during the first rush.
