Weddings, rehearsal dinners & engagement parties

A bar that keeps up with your timeline

Wedding bar service is a logistics problem before it's a drinks problem. We plan around your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and toasts — and match the tone of your day, whether that's black-tie or barefoot on a patio.

What we handle

Coordination, guest flow, and drinks that hold up at volume

  • Timeline-aware service. Cocktail hour surges, dinner goes quiet, then everyone arrives at once after the toasts. Staffing and prep are set for that shape, not a flat average.
  • Signature menus that pour. Two well-chosen signatures batch cleanly and move fast. Six fussy builds create a line. We'll tell you honestly which is which.
  • Easy venue coordination. We work directly with your planner, coordinator or venue contact on access, setup footprint and breakdown, so it's one less thread for you.
  • Non-drinkers looked after too. Mocktails, hydration and thoughtful zero-proof options are part of the plan, not an afterthought.

Dry-hire / BYOB service. You provide the alcohol. We handle the plan, the bar, and the guest experience. Venue rules vary, so confirm that yours allows outside bartenders and client-supplied alcohol.

Planning timeline

From inquiry to final bar plan

Timing flexes to your date. If you're booking inside eight weeks, we compress the same steps rather than skipping them.

  1. At inquiry

Date, venue, estimated guest count, and whether your venue allows outside bartenders and client-supplied alcohol.

  2. 8–12 weeks out

Planning consultation: service window, cocktail hour, dinner service, toasts, and how the bar interacts with your timeline.

  3. 6–8 weeks out

Draft signature menu built for volume, plus your Alcohol & Supply Guide sized to guest count and service length.

  4. 3–4 weeks out

Venue Bar-Access Checklist confirmed with your planner or coordinator; staffing locked to final guest count.

  5. 1 week out

Final headcount, shopping confirmation, load-in timing, and The Bar Plan for your day.

Before you book any bar service

Questions to ask your venue

Venue rules and alcohol policies vary widely across Arizona. These seven answers determine what's possible — bring them to your first planning call.

  • Do you allow outside bartenders, and is client-supplied alcohol permitted?
  • Is there an in-house bar we can work from, or do we need to build a station?
  • What are load-in and load-out times, and where is the bar's access point?
  • Is there water access, power, and ice or refrigeration storage near the bar?
  • Are there restrictions on glassware, service cutoff times, or last call?
  • Do you require a certificate of insurance, and what does it need to name?
  • Who handles trash and recycling from the bar area at the end of the night?

Also covered

Rehearsal dinners

Smaller, earlier and often at a restaurant or private home. Usually a shorter service window and a tighter menu — we scale the plan down rather than selling you a wedding package.

Also covered

Engagement parties

A relaxed format where the bar is the social center. We focus on pace, hydration and keeping the station tidy in a space that wasn't built for one.

On request

Toast service

Champagne toast service and table wine service are available on request. Pricing for both is being finalized and is quoted individually until published.

Staffing

Guest counts above 75

An additional bartender ($300) is normally required above 75 guests. Above 150 guests, or with multiple bar stations, we build a custom staffing plan.

Next step

Tell us about your wedding

Send your date, venue and a rough guest count. We'll come back with the questions that actually matter and a written service outline. Submitting the form is an inquiry — it doesn't reserve your date.
