When you submit an event inquiry, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date and type, estimated guest count, venue details, location, bar preferences, logistics notes, any message you write, and your consent acknowledgments. We may also record basic referral information such as the page you arrived from and campaign parameters in the link you used.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, plan and quote your event, and — if you book — to deliver the service. We collect only what we need for that purpose.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit opt-in. Marketing consent is never checked by default. We do not use advertising pixels or session-replay tools on this site.
Sharing
Inquiry details may be shared with the service providers we use to operate the site and deliver your event (for example, hosting and email delivery), and with your own planner or venue where that is necessary to plan your event. Nothing else.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond, deliver service and meet business record-keeping needs. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information at any time by replying to our correspondence with you.
Analytics and cookies
No third-party analytics or advertising services are connected to this site at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent controls will be added before any such service is enabled.
