Birthdays, anniversaries & home celebrations

For once, be a guest at your own party

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, dinner parties, backyard gatherings. We set up quietly, keep the drinks moving, talk to your friends like people, and leave the place tidier than we found it.

What it feels like

Friendly, unhurried, and completely handled

At a private event the bartender is in your home, standing among your friends. That calls for a different register than a hotel ballroom — warmer, easier, still professional.

  • Early arrival, quiet setup. The bar is ready before your first guest, without a production in your kitchen.
  • The right amount of presence. Chatty and part of the party when that's the night; efficient and out of the way when it isn't. Usually both, at different hours.
  • The awkward part is ours. ID checks, pacing, last call and a discreet word when someone needs one — you never have to be the bad guy at your own party.
  • We leave it clean. The bar area is broken down and orderly before we head out.

Dry-hire / BYOB service. You provide the alcohol. We handle the plan, the bar, and the guest experience. Venue rules vary, so confirm that yours allows outside bartenders and client-supplied alcohol.

Home hosting

The four things worth sorting out early

None of these are complicated — they just get forgotten until the afternoon of the party.

Space

A single-bartender station generally works in about an 8-by-6-foot footprint with room to move behind it, plus nearby space for coolers. Kitchen islands and patios often work well — we'll confirm the layout with you.

Ice

Ice is the most commonly underestimated item at a home party. If you add the Hosted Bar Supplies Bundle, we handle event-appropriate ice, water and essential mixers so nobody is making a mid-party store run.

Trash & recycling

We keep the station clean throughout and consolidate bar waste at breakdown. Tell us where bins live and we'll take it from there.

Water & shade

Arizona afternoons are their own logistics problem. Outdoor bars need shade, hydration and a plan for keeping product and garnish cold — that goes into The Bar Plan.

Good fits

Events we plan often

Typical private events run 25–150 guests. Larger gatherings are welcome — they simply need a custom staffing and bar plan.

  • Milestone birthdays (30th, 40th, 50th and beyond)
  • Anniversary parties
  • Housewarmings and backyard gatherings
  • Holiday and seasonal parties at home
  • Cocktail-and-dinner evenings
  • Graduations and family celebrations
  • Retirement parties
  • Neighborhood and club socials

Tell us about your celebration

Date, location, rough headcount — that's enough to start. We'll reply with a few questions and a written service outline. Submitting the form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking.
