Planning around Scottsdale realities
Scottsdale events run the range from resort ballrooms to desert backyards and private estates. Each has its own rules about outside bartenders, load-in windows, and where a bar can physically go — we confirm all of it before your date.
- Resort and venue approvals
- Many Scottsdale resorts and event venues require an approved outside bartender and a certificate of insurance. We carry active general liability coverage and provide a COI on request — including naming the venue when required.
- Outdoor heat and ice planning
- Desert events burn through ice. We plan hydration, ice volume, and shade or weather protection for the bar during the walkthrough rather than the morning of.
- Old Town load-in
- Downtown venues often have narrow load-in windows and shared access. We confirm arrival timing, parking, and breakdown on the Venue Bar-Access Checklist.
